This issue has been tested and confirmed to be working normally. Root cause analysis continues but points to an external security change made by our external provider. Customer Service employees have confirmed the issue is resolved.

Team is investigating issue affecting Customer Service teams sending outbound emails via Salesforce Service Cloud. Emails to customers from Customer Service are not sending. Emails and cases can be received and cases created normally; case creation is unaffected. Transactional emails to customers and marketing emails are unaffected. Updates to follow.
