Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and all orders are being distributed to the distribution centers. We expect all order s to have processed by 1:00am. We will monitor order processing throughout the remainder of the weekend to ensure no issues.

Identified

The IT team was notified regarding a stoppage of orders processing to WMS/3PL/Store. As Vendors, WMS, 3PLs were not limiting we believe a limited amount of impact has occurred. There is currently a backlog of 1000 orders. Team members are working to process these down and are monitoring a fix to the cause of the blockage.
