Update

The team has identified the root cause and rectified nearly all backlogged orders. Those orders will flow to their distribution sources in the next 20 minutes. There are 15 orders under going additional review.

Orders received are being stuck in a fraud review status. Teams are investigating. Customers are receiving confirmation emails, but their orders are not yet being sent for distribution. Teams are actively investigating.
