Teams are working to shift network traffic. Teams have begun migration efforts to provide relief to those experiencing issues. Stores are advised to try again shortly after if they experience a timeout.

Update
Teams have seen an increase in login speed and a decrease in failures. Issue appears to have reduced significantly in frequency. Incident has been upgraded from partial outage to degraded performance. Teams are planning to shift traffic to additional capacity. Next update: 2:00pm

Team has received reports of "Omni downtime", we have been able to identify that MAO and Endless Aisle logins are slow and timing out. Current guidance is to "try again after a brief pause" as these instances appear to be intermittent based on volume. Teams are confirming issue and working to identify a solution. This will NOT affect users outside of stores.
